1. How much does it cost to join?
A position in the "ONE TEAM DREAM CYCLER" costs a ONE TIME $10.00 (USD) + payment processing fee.

2. Can I have more than one account?
YES. You can have Multiple Accounts.

(You will need a Different Username & Email Address for each NEW Position)

3. How will I be paid commissions?
We pay you via - AlertPay or SolidTrust Pay.

4. I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
In Your Members Section , Go to "Account Details", then CLICK on the "KEY" next to "Password - Coded" .

5. When will commissions be paid?
Commissions will be paid when you have $10.00 or more, accumulated in your Account.

Log into your Back Office , Go to *CASH HISTORY* Scroll to bottom of Page, then click on the Blue box *MAKE WITHDRAWAL REQUEST*.
Please put in the amount you would like transferred to your Payment Processor.

*Please Note*Payment Processors do charge a FEE for RECEIVING funds.(e.g.Alertpay charges approx (2.5% + 0.25c) per Transaction)

* Please make sure your *Payment Settings* are correct via the "Members Area".
To see if your information is correct, login to the members area and then click on the link that says
*Account Details*

6. Is this a pyramid scheme?
No. A pyramid scheme involves giving money to an upline without a product or a service. Team One World Biz (OTD - CYCLER) offers fantastic Products and Services.

7. I want to cancel my http://otdcycler.oneworldbiz.com account. How do I do that?
To cancel your account you need to send us a Support Ticket in your *Members Area*. Please include your ID# and registered email address with your request to cancel. Please note: Your position within the matrix will be removed.

8. What if I have more questions?
